Mercy is 3 months old today. She is getting so big! She recently discovered her hands. She spends a lot of time watching her hands and trying to grab at her toys. Mercy smiles all of the time now, and loves to coo at us. We have such grand conversations these days! Enjoy the photos!
Getting dinner ready (isn't it a beautiful kitchen?) I caught Mom in the middle of eating a snack....she worked hard to make our first Thanksgiving in their new home memorable and enjoyable!
Grandpa spent lots of time snuggling Mercy. She loves her grandpa Lloyd! She smiles and coos whenever he cuddles her and talks to her.
We spent Thanksgiving with my family at my parents brand new, beautiful house. We spent several days there, along with my brother and his family. My grandparents joined us for Thanksgiving dinner too. We had a nice time playing games and chatting. On Friday night we went to the Rupert square where they have an annual tradition of decorating the square and the surrounding streets with Christmas lights and decorations. They always turn them on the day after Thanksgiving. We enjoyed the lighting, as well as the other Christmas festivities they had going on. It was such a nice way to kick off the holidays!
Mercy had her two month birthday yesterday! We took her for her two month checkup yesterday and she is weighing in at 10.5 pounds and is 23.5 inches long. She smiles and coos all the time now, just melting our hearts! She likes to play on her little play mat/gym and rock back and forth. Mercy can roll onto her side, but hasn't rolled all the way over yet. She is doing well and is healthy! We just love our girl to pieces! Here are some pics (as you requested Jenny!) from this morning- you'll to excuse her wild hair...she had just woken up!
We are doing a jig in the Bryant household today, as Miss Mercy has slept through the night two nights running now! For the past two nights she has gone down after her 10 p.m. feeding and slept until 6:30 or 7:00 the next morning. Yea!
